Coszu

Acceptable Use Policy

Adult participant safety, image rights, consent and lawful use of Coszu.

Effective / updated: October 13, 2026

1. Scope and the cosplayer distinction

This policy applies to Coszu galleries, supplied media, metadata, accounts, reports, AI inputs and output use, local creation and advertising interactions. Coszu depicts adult cosplayers portraying fictional characters. Rules concerning a character’s fictional story do not establish the actual performer’s age, rights or consent. Lawful adult cosplay, including appropriately authorized adult material, is not prohibited merely because it pictures a cosplayer.

Comply with applicable law, Terms, the privacy and complaint policies and any lawful publication restrictions. Material can involve several separate rights: the photographer’s copyright, the participant’s likeness and privacy, protected source works and distribution permissions. You must hold sufficient authority for the actual intended use rather than relying on a displayed name or costume credit.

2. Adult participants and provenance

Every actual person depicted must have been at least 18 when the material was produced. Uploaders must also be 18 or older. Do not misstate dates, origin, performer identity or permissions. Maintain reliable provenance and obtain legally required evidence of age and authorization before requesting publication. A declaration in a form is not independent verification by Coszu.

Where actual-human productions are subject to performer-age verification or production-record duties, the responsible persons must satisfy those duties using lawful evidence, records and labeling. Do not send identity documents through ordinary chat or a public report. Coszu does not assert possession of IDs, verified model releases or a records-custodian system. The performer-safety statement explains the fact-specific assessment required before explicit cosplayer publication.

3. Informed publication authorization and likeness

Each participant must voluntarily authorize the intended creation and publication, including public distribution and nudity or explicit material where relevant. Obtain model releases and commercially relevant image, publicity and privacy rights where the law requires them. A private sharing agreement, consent to photography or permission for a different platform does not automatically authorize this use.

A participant must understand the nature and audience of the material. Do not publish misleading edits, false endorsements or content beyond the permission granted. Withdrawal, disputed consent and legal removal rights require careful assessment; do not retaliate against a participant who raises a concern. Copyright permission alone does not resolve a likeness or intimate-privacy claim.

4. Children and age-ambiguous depictions

No child sexual abuse material, exploitation, grooming, trafficking or sexual depictions of minors are permitted, whether real or synthetic. No minors may appear in submitted media, and sexualized age-ambiguous depictions are prohibited. Do not label a person adult to disguise underage material, rely on a fictional age disclaimer or use manipulation to conceal the issue.

Report suspected child-safety material with the exact URL and a concise description. Do not download, redistribute or attach illegal images as evidence. Appropriate emergency, child-protection or law-enforcement channels should be used where required or where a person is in immediate danger. This service does not provide a guaranteed emergency response.

5. Nonconsensual intimate and manipulated media

Do not supply or circulate stolen, leaked or private intimate media, revenge pornography, covert recordings or hidden-camera material. No sexual deepfakes, fake nudes or unauthorized face swaps involving a cosplayer are permitted. Consent to an original photograph does not authorize a later sexual transformation, and adding a synthetic label does not cure unauthorized use of a likeness.

Content involving force, threats, coercion, exploitation, trafficking or a participant unable to consent is prohibited. Do not solicit such material through chat, reports or external links. Do not publish intimate material under a claim that the subject’s public profile, fame or cosplay work removes their privacy rights.

6. Prohibited acts and harmful material

No bestiality, incest, rape, torture, extreme violence, sexual abuse, scatophilia, urination or depictions of individuals appearing asleep or unconscious is allowed. Do not promote illicit practices, weapons sales, illegal drugs or malware. Policy restrictions apply to the content and conduct, including metadata or links that direct users to prohibited material.

A staged theme is not an excuse for exploitation or a means to evade publishing restrictions. Normal lawful adult costumes and consensual adult cosplay are distinct from these prohibited practices. If a theme or production raises an age, consent or legal concern, do not assume it is approved merely because similar imagery appears elsewhere online.

7. Copyright and protected media

Supply only your own material or material for which you have sufficient rights-holder authorization for the intended publication. Do not redistribute paid creator sets, stolen galleries, protected artwork or copyrighted photographs merely because you credit the creator. A cosplayer may not own the photographer’s copyright, and a photographer may not hold every required likeness permission.

Do not falsify licensing documents, remove identifying marks to hide provenance or claim official franchise affiliation without authority. Applicable lawful exceptions must be assessed in context rather than asserted as a blanket license. Use the DMCA policy for copyright notices and the consent/privacy reporting path for separate participant claims.

8. Harassment, privacy and deception

Do not harass, stalk, threaten, blackmail, dox or disclose someone’s private address, contact information or identity documents. Do not impersonate a performer, photographer, operator or rights holder, or use simulated AI conversations as if they were authentic messages from a cosplayer. No fraud, false payment support or deceptive endorsements are allowed.

Reports should be made in good faith with accurate URLs and facts. Do not weaponize complaints to harass a creator or suppress lawful content dishonestly. Avoid including unnecessary sensitive personal data; identity or rights evidence should be handled through an appropriate secure process when one is established.

9. Technical abuse and advertising integrity

Do not bypass authentication, access controls, payment verification or safety restrictions. No credential theft, malicious code, automated abuse, unauthorized bulk extraction or interference with service infrastructure is permitted. Do not create fake accounts or traffic to manipulate rankings or advertising metrics.

No paid or incentivized ad clicking, artificial impressions, automatic ad refreshing, bots or reward schemes for viewing advertisements are allowed. Do not encourage clicks as a way to support the site or award points for them. TrafficStars publishing standards also concern lawful content, rights, site completeness and excessive advertising; vendor approval remains a separate decision.

10. AI, local drafts and Upload limits

AI must not be used to create prohibited sexual material, impersonate actual participants or facilitate abuse. Local Create storage does not exempt a draft from legal obligations or establish permission to use a reference image. An AI persona is not a cosplayer’s consent or endorsement.

Upload stores selected images, metadata and required declarations privately pending manual review. It does not publish a gallery automatically. Certifications are contractual statements, not proof of independent age, rights or release verification. Do not submit prohibited material or sensitive identity documents.

11. Reporting, restriction and repeat violations

Use the gallery Report control for underage, copyright or consent/privacy concerns, or Feedback for a detailed message. Include the exact URL, relevant facts and the action requested. Feedback offers a public notice form without sign-in through the existing rate-limited message endpoint; gallery Report also uses that endpoint. No fixed response deadline is promised. Live delivery and legally required notice handling remain pre-launch checks.

Content and access may be restricted or removed for credible safety, rights or policy issues. Repeated violations may result in account termination, subject to applicable safeguards. Relevant records may be preserved or disclosed when lawfully necessary. These rules do not assert completed proactive screening, verified production records, a staffed moderation workflow or an operational appeals portal.

12. Applicable rules and related documents

TrafficStars may require additional publisher review and restrictions before advertising is approved. TrafficStars and Kadam advertising require review and the same separate advertising opt-in. This policy does not certify acceptance by an advertising network or compliance in every country. The operator must assess content rights, child safety, regulated age assurance and performer-record obligations for the actual service and territories.

Read Terms for platform use, Privacy and Cookies for data choices, DMCA for copyright and personal safety complaints, and the performer-safety statement for US recordkeeping considerations. Feedback is the current contact route; use appropriate authorities for urgent risks rather than relying on ordinary support.
