Payments & Refunds Policy

Coszu checkout, server-verified premium access, payment issues and mandatory consumer remedies.

Effective / updated: October 13, 2026

1. Scope and the purchase contract

This policy concerns optional paid access on Coszu at https://coszu.com. It supplements Terms and does not establish an unverified legal entity, registered office or exclusive jurisdiction. The operator must provide required trader identity, contact and pre-contract information before a commercial launch. Payment configuration in source code alone does not prove that live processing or consumer support is ready.

Read the actual checkout and order instructions before paying. Features outside a paid entitlement, local drafts, gallery availability, games and points do not create a separate promise of permanent service. Mandatory consumer rights and non-excludable remedies remain unaffected by this policy.

2. Free access and optional premium

Coszu includes ordinary browsing and simulated AI features, with optional premium access where offered. A purchase concerns the entitlement stated at checkout, not ownership of photographs, a license to redistribute creator sets or personal communication with a cosplayer. Local Create reference images remain browser-local; premium does not turn them into a hosted upload.

Do not assume a paid plan gives a future feature, guarantees publication or grants cashable points. In-app points are not money, have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or withdrawn. No reward for viewing or clicking advertisements is part of a legitimate purchase.

3. Configured checkout and provider

The shared Coszu checkout uses NOWPayments cryptocurrency payment creation/status integration and USDT network selection. It offers one-time period options rather than establishing a recurring card subscription. The configured period selectors are 1, 3, 6 and 12 months, with server entitlement durations of 30, 90, 180 and 365 days respectively; available options depend on the selected network and live configuration.

Prices and provider availability can be tenant-configured. The live order must identify the amount, payment asset, network, period, any relevant fees and instructions before you send funds. No price copied from another product or unverified guaranteed exchange rate is asserted here. A provider outage or absent production credentials can prevent checkout.

4. Order creation and payment instructions

Sign in to create an order. Use only the generated order’s address or hosted checkout and verify the network, asset, amount, payment reference and any memo/tag shown. Supported networks and minimums vary; an address for one network is not authority to use another. Never accept alternative payment instructions from an AI reply, advertisement or unsolicited support message.

Blockchain settlement can be irreversible and can involve wallet/network fees and third-party processing rules. Check the quoted amount and expiry or other provider instructions actually shown. This policy does not promise recovery from an incorrect asset, address or network or make provider constraints a blanket waiver of consumer rights.

5. Verification, activation and fixed access

Coszu’s server checks payment with the provider and controls premium entitlement. A browser redirect, client balance, screenshot or support message does not independently grant access. The payment status and premium grant state can differ while confirmation is pending; keep the order reference and use the existing status check.

Once verified and granted, the server-held entitlement determines the active period. Review account/status information for the actual end date. Closing a tab does not cancel an already broadcast blockchain transaction. This integration does not by itself establish an automatic recurring debit or an automatic refund mechanism.

6. Pending payments, errors and recovery

If payment is delayed or access has not activated, check status and contact Feedback with the order/payment reference, date, network, non-sensitive transaction reference and a description of the problem. Do not send passwords, private keys, seed phrases or full payment credentials. Multiple browser attempts can create separate orders; do not pay repeatedly just because a redirect is unclear.

Underpayment, overpayment, wrong-network transfers, missing tags, expired instructions, duplicate orders and provider delays may need individual assessment. Recovery depends on the actual transaction and payment rail. No fixed recovery fee, support deadline or guarantee is asserted. Where the service failed or a legal remedy is owed, technical difficulty does not remove the operator’s legal responsibilities.

7. Statutory withdrawal and digital supply

Applicable consumer law may provide withdrawal or cancellation rights, including rules for digital services/content and when supply begins. Any lawful loss of a withdrawal right can depend on specific express consent, acknowledgement and contractual circumstances. Age entry, accepting advertising or ordinary site use is not a substitute for any purchase-specific consent required by law.

This policy does not impose a blanket no-refund rule, claim that all crypto purchases waive withdrawal, or invent a universal refund window. The operator must implement any required pre-contract notices, consent records and withdrawal mechanism for the territories served. Those operational prerequisites cannot be inferred from a successful provider payment.

8. Conformity, changes and non-excludable remedies

A paid service must meet applicable contractual and statutory requirements. Depending on law and facts, remedies may include bringing supply into conformity, a proportionate price reduction, termination or refund. Content or feature changes cannot automatically extinguish mandatory remedies for an existing paid entitlement.

Coszu does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, but that statement does not excuse a failure for which law provides a remedy. Describe the promised feature, the problem and the remedy requested when contacting support. No limitation here excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Refund requests, amount and payment rail

Use Feedback to request assessment of an erroneous payment, failed activation, withdrawal or another applicable remedy. Include the order reference and the basis for the request. Feedback includes a public notice form without sign-in. Its delivery and any additional legally required withdrawal arrangements must be verified before commercial launch.

An approved refund’s amount, lawful deductions if any, timing and method depend on the applicable right and transaction. Provider or network restrictions may affect execution and require a secure process to confirm the appropriate recipient. No automatic refund, universal fee deduction, guaranteed deadline or alternative settlement promise is represented here.

10. Fraud, fees, taxes and external services

Do not use stolen funds, misrepresent payment ownership or exploit status checks. Coszu may address abuse and lawful restrictions subject to applicable safeguards. Payment services, wallets and networks may charge fees or apply their own conditions; examine the order and provider information. Taxes and required price disclosures depend on the actual seller and transaction and must be handled lawfully.

An advertisement is not a Coszu checkout instruction. Purchases made on external destinations are separate transactions with those services. Nothing here authorizes misleading offers, fabricated receipts or circumvention of sanctions or other applicable laws.

11. Records, privacy and support limitations

Coszu processes account-associated orders, provider identifiers, amounts, currency/network, statuses and entitlement information to fulfill and reconcile purchases and meet applicable legal duties. Provider and blockchain records are distinct from browser-local history. See Privacy for recipients, retention principles and data requests.

The current support form and source code do not prove staffed refund operations, guaranteed SLAs, accounting retention terms or complete consumer compliance. Required operator identity, payment disclosures and public legal/consumer contact routes must be confirmed. Keep your own receipt and avoid sharing secrets when requesting assistance.

12. Updates, disputes and related policies

The date above records this policy revision. Review the live order for the terms of a specific purchase and use Terms, Privacy and Cookies for related service and data rules. A prospective policy update does not remove remedies already required by law.

Use Feedback for a payment issue and identify the requested resolution. Applicable regulators, dispute mechanisms and competent courts remain available where the law provides them. No invented governing venue or automatic advertising approval follows from this payment policy.
