Terms for adult cosplay media, accounts, simulated AI, local creation, payments and advertising on Coszu.

1. Agreement, service and policies
These terms govern use of Coszu at https://coszu.com together with the Acceptable Use, Privacy, Cookies, DMCA, performer-safety and Payments & Refunds policies linked on this page. They describe an cosplay service featuring adult cosplayers with public galleries, simulated AI conversations, local creation tools, games and optional paid access. Read them before using features or supplying content. If you cannot accept them, stop using the service.
Coszu is the service name used here. These terms do not identify an unverified incorporated entity, registered office or exclusive governing jurisdiction. Required operator identity and legally sufficient contact disclosures must be established by the operator. Nothing here waives mandatory consumer protections or binds a person to a court that applicable law does not permit.
2. Eligibility and responsible access
You must be at least 18 and legally permitted to access the material in your location. Content may include nudity or explicit imagery. Do not evade access restrictions or allow a child to use your account. Confirming your age is a self-declaration and is not government-ID verification, independent age assurance or proof of lawful access in every jurisdiction.
All cosplayers depicted must have been adults at production. Fictional character ages, costume themes and appearance alone do not prove performer age. Where regulated content requires stronger viewer age assurance, production records or other safeguards, those duties must be assessed and satisfied before access or publication.
3. Accounts and security
Use accurate information where requested, protect passwords and session credentials and avoid sharing accounts. You are responsible for activity you authorize. Report suspected unauthorized access through Feedback and use available account security controls. Do not collect another person’s credentials, impersonate a creator or bypass authentication, CSRF protections or rate limits.
Account features and local browser data have different lifecycles. Clearing storage may remove chats, favorites or drafts without deleting your server account. Request account and server-held data action through the available account controls or Feedback. Restrictions may be applied for security or policy reasons, subject to applicable notice and remedy requirements.
4. Public media, ownership and necessary license
You retain rights you actually hold in material supplied to Coszu. Only when you in fact supply content for publication do you grant a non-exclusive license, limited to the rights you can lawfully grant, to host, reproduce, technically format, display and distribute it as necessary to operate the requested service. Service providers may process it for those purposes; this does not give unrelated rights to sell a performer’s identity or endorse outside products.
The license does not cure missing copyright, image, publicity or privacy permissions. You must obtain authorization from all relevant rights holders and informed authorization from every depicted person for the intended distribution, including intimate or explicit publication where applicable. Merely crediting a subject, photographer or franchise is insufficient. Protected cosplay photographs or source works may not be redistributed without sufficient legal authority.
5. Private submissions and publication
Upload sends selected images, gallery metadata and declarations to private storage associated with your authenticated account. A completed receipt confirms storage pending manual review, not publication, approval, a verified release or legal clearance. Only submit material you are authorized to provide under these rules.
Private pending submissions form the owner’s review inbox. Review and any later publication are separate manual decisions, with no promise of approval or review time. Existing public content can be disputed or restricted independently.
6. Cosplayers, intimate material and declarations
Only submit or distribute media you are authorized to publish. Participant consent must be informed, voluntary and specific to the use, including public distribution and commercially relevant likeness use where required. Agreement to pose, participate in a private conversation or share an image privately is not general permission to expose intimate material.
Uploader warranties must be truthful, but are not independent platform verification. Coszu does not claim that this checkbox flow inspects identities, verifies releases or holds production records. No CSAM, minors, sexualized age-ambiguous content, coercion, trafficking, hidden recordings, stolen or leaked material, revenge pornography, sexual deepfakes or unauthorized face swaps are allowed.
7. Prohibited behavior and platform rights
Follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Do not harass, threaten, dox, defraud, impersonate, distribute malware, exploit vulnerabilities or infringe intellectual property. Do not scrape protected content unlawfully, circumvent access controls or imply endorsement by Coszu, a cosplayer or a source-work owner. Lawful exceptions to intellectual-property restrictions remain subject to applicable law.
Do not automate impressions, clicks or ad refreshes, buy incentivized traffic or reward advertising interactions with game points or other benefits. Advertisements must remain distinguishable from navigation and editorial content. The platform’s software, branding and compiled presentation are protected independently from any rights in a cosplay set.
8. AI input and generated output
AI conversations are simulated entertainment, not personal communications with a cosplayer or professional advice. Generated replies can be wrong or unsuitable. You remain responsible for your input and how you use output, including copyright, confidentiality and cosplayer rights. Do not enter another person’s sensitive information without legal authority.
Using a persona or name does not authorize impersonation or sexual exploitation. Coszu cannot guarantee that output is unique, accurate or free of third-party rights. AI requests are transmitted for processing even when conversation history is local; the Privacy Policy explains the distinction. Do not treat generated statements as consent from the person pictured.
9. Create, games and points
Create drafts, personas and reference images remain browser-local in the current feature. Local reference storage is not publication or a cloud backup. Use local deletion tools and browser settings with care; clearing storage may irreversibly remove a draft. A local image must still be lawfully held and used.
Games are provided for entertainment. Points have no cash value, cannot be exchanged or withdrawn and are not wages, cryptocurrency or a financial account. Rules and feature availability may change, subject to mandatory consumer rights and any specific paid entitlement.
10. Purchases and consumer rights
Premium access depends on an authenticated checkout and verified server-side payment. Review the order amount, currency, network, period, fees and payment instructions before confirming. Do not send funds to an address obtained from chat, an advertisement or an unsolicited message. The Payments & Refunds Policy covers activation problems and support requests.
Nothing here excludes statutory rights to withdrawal, conformity, repair, price reduction, termination or refunds where applicable. No blanket no-refund term is imposed. Digital supply does not by itself eliminate cancellation rights; any required express consent and acknowledgement must be lawfully obtained. Provider settlement and blockchain limits do not override mandatory remedies.
11. Advertising, tracking and external destinations
TrafficStars may serve advertisements only when configured for Coszu and after explicit advertising permission and age acknowledgement. One optional permission covers configured partners; non-essential cookies, IP addresses and device identifiers may be used for ad delivery and measurement. Rejecting advertising leaves ordinary service access available. The Cookies page and permanent Privacy choices action allow withdrawal. Ad links can lead to independent services with their own prices, policies and processing practices.
No general guarantee is made about an advertiser’s product. Evaluate external offers independently and report deceptive or unlawful ads with the destination and time where possible. Coszu does not represent an advertising provider’s copyright agent as its own legal-notice recipient.
12. Reports, restrictions and preservation
Use gallery Report or Feedback with precise URLs and a clear explanation for copyright, likeness, consent, underage or other concerns. Feedback provides a public notice form without sign-in; delivery requires the contact service to be configured. No response deadline is promised. Copyright and counter-notice information is described in the DMCA policy; urgent safety reports should clearly identify the risk without reproducing illegal material.
Content or accounts may be removed, restricted or suspended for credible legal, safety or policy concerns, and repeated infringements may lead to termination. Relevant evidence may be preserved where required by law or necessary for a legitimate claim, with access limited appropriately. These terms do not promise completed proactive screening, a staffed moderation queue or a functioning appeal portal.
13. Availability, changes and lawful remedies
Galleries, features and external services may be unavailable, corrected or withdrawn. Keep independent copies of local data you are entitled to retain. Coszu does not promise uninterrupted service, permanent content availability or publication of a private submission. Material paid-service changes remain subject to applicable notice and consumer remedies.
Responsibility for losses and disputes is determined by applicable law. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory remedies for unlawful conduct or defective paid supply. No unsupported fixed liability cap, compulsory arbitration or fabricated indemnity procedure is imposed here.
14. Contact, disputes and updates
Contact Feedback with the relevant account, order or page reference and the remedy requested. Do not include passwords, private keys, illegal images or excessive identity documents. Local authorities, regulators and competent courts remain available where applicable; these terms do not displace those rights or choose an unverified exclusive venue.
The date above records this revision. Changes apply prospectively subject to law and any necessary notice or renewed permission. A new required consent version must be accepted explicitly; visiting a page, accepting these terms or confirming age is not consent to advertising.
